ImpacTaste 2025
Timeline
February 24 – April 30
APPLICATIONS
From February 17 to April 30, we’ll be accepting applications and ideas to take part in this second edition of ImpacTaste.
After the application period closes, we’ll take one week to select the projects that will move forward.
(Between 30 and 50 projects will be selected.)
May 12 – 15
360° EVALUATION: A QUICK TUNE-UP TO GET STARTED
The selected projects will go through a short evaluation round with our Innovation and Co-Creation team.
Why? Because if we want to do things right, the more personalized our approach, the better the results we’ll achieve working together — don’t you think?
May 19 – July 18
IDEATION & DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Time to roll up your sleeves and get to work: shaping recipes, connecting with suppliers, creating branding, exploring sales channels, and making your first home test batches.
Don’t worry — you won’t be alone! You’ll have an amazing mentoring plan thanks to the collaboration between Blendhub and Corporación Hijos de Rivera.
July 28 – 31
FINALIST SELECTION
After all the work, it’s time to showcase what you’ve created — and make your project, recipe, and product stand out from the rest.
Five finalists will be selected to move on to the next phase and compete for the top cash prize.

PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
If I don’t taste it, I can’t believe it. Is it really as good as you say? Does it pair well? Is the texture right?
All these questions will be answered through the prototyping of the 5 finalist recipes.
Together, we’ll apply the finishing touches and produce your first batch of a commercial-ready product.
September 24
Demo Day
The grand finale, where the 5 top teams will have the honor of presenting their projects and developments to a jury.
Based on their pitches and the work done, the jury will select and award the best project.
February – April
Clarity
During these months, the selected teams enter a key phase where their proposals are structured and systematized to transition from idea to industrialization. It is the moment to align recipes, technically validate the product, and define the requirements that will enable its real development, including the packaging approach. Here, the invisible foundations that sustain the entire project are built. What is not clearly defined at this stage simply does not come to exist.
April – May
Grounded Concept
With the foundations in place, the project evolves towards an industrial approach. The product is precisely defined, its format is decided, its economic logic is structured, and its visual identity is developed. This is a phase of absolute concretion: every decision brings the concept closer to the market and prepares it to be replicable, scalable, and sustainable. The idea stops being inspiration and becomes a product.
June – July
Reality
Projects come into contact with the physical world. The production of the first industrial prototype is activated, and the manufacturing processes for both the product and its packaging are coordinated. This is the moment to validate that everything works beyond paper, facing real materials, timelines, and systems. Here, narrative doesn’t matter: it either works, or it doesn’t.
September
Road to Market
After the summer, the focus shifts to the market. The communication strategy is activated, the narrative is built, and the final staging is prepared. The launch at the Estrella de Galicia Museum marks the point where everything converges: product, storytelling, and innovation. Because in Impactaste, it’s not enough to create something new — it must be visible, relevant, and capable of generating real impact.
